Hello to all,

I will NOT be making any more phone calls the day before the meeting. If you were at the meeting on the eighth, then you should have all the meeting dates on your calendar. If there is a meeting scheduled, we will have a meeting and it will be your responsibility to find out what you missed at the meeting if you are not able to attend!

Here is the recap of Sunday's meeting:

T-shirt design is final! We will have the shirt orders finalized by next meeting.

We have the dates for the 2009-2010 Super Activity. It will be from December 25 or 26 ( which ever day is cheaper to fly out on) to January 3.

Activities planned with the dates are:

March 12- Climbing Wall  Location: Lifetime Fitness from 7-9pm. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLIMBING WALL WAS POSTPONED! WE WILL NOT HAVE IT AS SCHEDULED FOR THIS THURSDAY.

March 21- Paintball

March 25- Pizza Hut Fundraiser. Attached is the flyer for you to hand out to family, friends,etc. It is your job to advertize it if you want to earn money. The only rule they have is you cannot stand outside of Pizza Hut and hand out flyers. We are scheduled to fundraise at the Pizza Hut loacted in Elkridge off of Montgomery Road.If you have any questions about the fundraiser, you can contact me.

March 27-29- Spring Camporee. I need to know how many people from our crew are going. 

April 4- Car Wash ( tenitively)

April 17-19- Venture Quest

April 25- Mt. Hebron Spring Fair

May 9- Basketball Tournament (tenitively)

May 16- Shooting Sports (tenitively)

October 9-11- White Water Rafting

October 17- Spaghetti Dinner
